I am a photographer that spent the entirety of my life working technical roles for larger corporations. Software development and chemistry had been homes for decades; but a few years back, I decided to annex "photography" to the complex. I’ve only been around the hobby for a couple years; but in that short amount of time, i’d like to think i’ve learned a few things about photography.
I don't mind taking some time to make shots count; but at the end of the day, composition can only come wherever you can find it. My style is run-and-gun, on-the-spot and in the moment. the moments come quick, and I have to be just as fast as my lenses. Much of what I do is on-location as that’s where the action is.
The gear I work with isn’t timeless or expensive glass; but it isn’t your grandparents' camera or your parents’ DSLR. I work exclusively with mirrorless cameras, preference towards the sony Alpha series. You’ll more than likely see me running with my gear in hand and a hat clutching for dear life on my head as I move from point-to-point, getting all the angles while sweating bullets.
